Ingredients

  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • ½ cup brewed green coffee (cooled)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced (for serving)

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Large pitcher or shaker

Method

  1. Brew the green coffee according to package directions and allow it to cool completely until room temperature.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, acai powder, white grape juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and bright pink.
  3. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing with a spoon to remove excess pulp for a smoother texture.
  4. Stir in the cooled green coffee and cold water until fully combined and evenly colored.
  5. Fill two 16-ounce glasses halfway with ice cubes and a few sliced fresh strawberries.
  6. Pour the refresher over the ice, leaving about ½ inch at the top. The drink should look lightly translucent and vibrant red.
  7. Stir gently before serving to evenly distribute flavor and chill.

Notes

• For a stronger berry flavor, add an extra tablespoon of acai powder.
• Adjust sweetness depending on your grape juice brand—some are naturally sweeter than others.
• For a coconut version, replace cold water with coconut milk for a creamier texture.
