Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch teaspoon – salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
  2. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk gently until a smooth batter forms with no large lumps.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set.
  6. Flip the pancake carefully and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute before serving warm.
