Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes until the glass is well chilled.
- Pour 60 ml of Lillet Blanc over the ice.
- Add 90 ml of chilled Prosecco gently to preserve bubbles.
- Top with 30 ml of soda water for extra freshness and lightness.
- Stir very gently with a bar spoon to combine without losing carbonation.
- Add a slice of orange (and lemon if using) for aroma and garnish.
- Taste and adjust with a splash more soda if you prefer it lighter.
- Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
