Ingredients

  • 60 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 90 ml Prosecco (chilled)
  • 30 ml Soda water
  • 1 slice Orange
  • 1 slice Lemon (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed for serving

Equipment

  • Wine glass (large wine or spritz glass)
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Bar spoon

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes until the glass is well chilled.
  2. Pour 60 ml of Lillet Blanc over the ice.
  3. Add 90 ml of chilled Prosecco gently to preserve bubbles.
  4. Top with 30 ml of soda water for extra freshness and lightness.
  5. Stir very gently with a bar spoon to combine without losing carbonation.
  6. Add a slice of orange (and lemon if using) for aroma and garnish.
  7. Taste and adjust with a splash more soda if you prefer it lighter.
  8. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

  • Use well-chilled ingredients to keep the drink crisp and refreshing.
  • Don’t over-stir or you’ll lose the bubbles from the Prosecco.
  • For a slightly sweeter spritz, add a touch more Lillet Blanc instead of soda.
