Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries – sliced
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Serving bowls

Method

  1. Add frozen mango, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy with no chunks visible.
  2. Taste the mixture and add honey if extra sweetness is desired. Blend again briefly until smooth.
  3. The texture should be thick enough to hold toppings without sinking. Adjust with a splash of milk if too thick.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture evenly into serving bowls. Smooth the top with a spoon.
  5. Arrange sliced strawberries, granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut neatly on top.
  6. Serve immediately while cold and fresh for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker, ice-cream-like texture.
  • Swap coconut milk with almond milk for a lighter version.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for a more filling meal.
